  At first we tried to manage our rental property ourselves and after a couple of years realized I couldn't invest the time necessary. That is when we diligently researched several of the local management companies. RPM Coast came out on top of our criteria and continue to provide the level of service we invested in.
  
  In the 4+ years to date that we've worked with them, I've been assigned 2 property managers: Noemy and now Hendy who have been easy to reach, responsive, and prompt which above all is most important to us of course. Thanks Hendy!
  
  Also, as for the other services you would expect from a property management company, they have met or exceeded my expectations with the urgency, professionalism, and eagerness they've provided thus far from managing leases for new and extending tenants, quick transitions between tenants, background checks, providing the peace-of-mind that everything being done is within compliance of the law (something when I tried to manage it myself always worried me), and managing the communication between the tenants and our HOA.
  
  I'd like to finish with a quick comment (not a complaint or praise). I *truly* want to give RPM Coast as much business as possible, but when quoted for maintenance and work orders, they tend to be on the high side when compared with other outside contractors. However, I want to be clear that I always feel free to choose and never feel any pressure that I have accept their quotes. I also do understand the fact that having the work done through them also is for convenience and the proverbial "one-stop-shop" for everything which I have bought into at times.
