    We are so happy we went with Short Sale Orange County for our condo shortsale! When we went in January of 2012 Ryan met with us and told my wife and I that we should expect an offer within the first month of listing. From everything else I'd heard about selling condos I thought that was a little optimistic, but she had great references and our personal realtor checked out their business and said they looked like they were on the up and up. By February we had an offer, and by late April we had bank approval from both Bank of America (1st mortgage), and Wells Fargo (2nd). Unfortunately, our initial buyer had moved on before we could begin escrow, but Ryan had lined up another buyer, re-gained bank approval, and opened and closed escrow by June 2012! We are so impressed and relieved to be able to move on. Throughout the whole process we were given constant updates, and if we had any additional questions Ryan was extremely quick to return our calls. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor in Orange County.
