  Friendly customer service with usually a nice greeting when you walk in. Ready to go foods for all types of animals, even crickets already bagged up. Good return policy on pets- can return within a month if you realize it wasn't such a good purchase or fit.
  
  Not five star because sometimes service can be a little slow (or hard to find) if you need crickets other than pre-packaged, or when you need fish.

  This place is so run down it isn't funny. In 17 years the only change I've seen are some rearranged shelves and a growing layer of dust on the fixtures above 15 feet.
  
  If the employees didn't act like they can't wait to clock out it might merit an extra star. Every time I come the place is rather empty but it looks like they can't keep up tidying the shelves or moving their equipment. What's up with that? What happened to the old days when minimum wage meant that if you didn't have anything to do you pushed a broom to keep the boss off your back?
  
  On the other hand this place is a bit better layed out than the other locations. It probably helps that this location probably was a supermarket in a former life. They also appear to have a slightly larger inventory.
  
  Oh well. Meh seems to be the way of today.
